UAB “Plieninės spyruoklės” produce and sale most type of springs. We are able to produce compression, extension, torsion, conical and double torsion springs as well.
Supplies
We use for our production ordinary spring steel made added to Russian standards GOST 9389-75, patented carbon steel DIN 17223 class B and C and stainless steel AISI 302, 304, 314, NIMONIC 90 also we are able to use every type of steel on customer request.
Manufactoring process
In our warehouse we have stocked up a lot of spring steel. Thats why we are able to produce springs for our customers in no time. Orders manufacturing process takes from 1 day up to three weeks, depending on order quantity.
Our production
Compression springs
We currently manufacture compression springs from all types of wire. Wire size range is from 0,30mm to 20,00mm. Springs can be coiled right and left hand direction. Compression spring ends can be: closed and ground, closed and not grounded, open grounded, open and not grounded. We can offer anti corrosion surface treatment like galvanizing, chemical oxidize or other on request.
Extension springs
We produce extension springs from all types of wire. Wire size range from 0,50mm to 16,00mm. Spring ends can be: machine loops, hooks, fool loops, without any loops, D loops. Spring loops can bu guided on request. We also can offer anti corrosion surface treatment: galvanizing, chemical oxidize or other.
Torsion springs
We produce this type of springs from patented spring steel with a diameter from 0.30 mm to 16.00 mm and from stainless steel from 0.50 mm to 5.00 mm. The direction of spring winding can be both right and left, we can also offer all types of legs, as well as anti-corrosion coating.
Conical springs
Conical springs are made of EN10270-1 class SM or SH spring steels or AISI 302 or similar stainless spring steels. Possible wire diameter from 0.30 mm to 6.00 mm. The ends of the springs can be of the following types: closed and ground, closed unground, open ground, open unground. We can offer anti-corrosion coatings - galvanizing and chemical oxidation.
Wire Forms
We produce various products from calibrated steel up to 10.00 mm, and from spring steel up to 8.00 mm and from 1.00 mm to 5.00 mm from stainless steel.
